"Where do you want to go?"

Fang got in immediately after and, after a few seconds of thinking, said to her. "Do you know where the Mishima Zaibatsu is? I haven't been there for quite a while.. Plus, Tokyo is a little overwhelming for me" he added a chuckle

"Actually, I might..." She types in the Mishima Zaibatsu and the GPS started giving her directions.
"Why would you want to go there?" Li-Mei wondered. It was a bit strange... does he have a connection to Lars... or did he have business to attend to? What was going on? She was ready to find out.

"Well, that's for me to know" Fang said with a slight wink, he didn't really want to tell her just yet that he was hired by Lars as a bodyguard for in case the G-corp ever plotted anything, hell, he didn't even know Li-Mei till just a while ago

"Ahh, fair enough, I suppose..." Li-Mei replied to Fang. She began to follow the directions on her GPS to the Mishima Zaibatsu. Thankfully, with Lars in charge, the company isn't as corrupt as it used to, which is just fantastic. Since Heihachi's dead, the only threat left is Kazuya Mishima. That one could be dealt with later.

Fang followed Li mei to her car, knowing his aura wasn't being surpressed and why would he? He was pretty confident in his godlike abilities despite knowing the rules of any new competition

Li-Mei arrived back into her hotel room after a long day of work. She quickly got out of her shoes, and switched into more comfortable clothing. She didn't do much at the police station, but rather got acquainted with her future employers, as well as brush up on her Japanese. Li-Mei did plan on going to visit her good old pal, Nesta, but sometime later. As she laid on her bed, Li-Mei noted that her stomach was growling and sighed.
"I'd better get up and go grab some food."
A tall young man had been stalking the streets at night. He was dressed in some expensive-looking fur coat. One would ask if he was hot, but he didn't care. After all, he was wearing a gray t-shirt with a front pocket, and plaid pajama bottoms underneath, with some flip-flops. He checked several parking lots, looking at various vehicles, trying to decide which one he should steal. Finally, he settled on this white rental Honda. The perfect target. He could easily break into it, disable the alarm and the immobilizer. He could sell the engine and transmission to some Americans overseas. The cops won't ever know what hit 'em. After all, it's a rental. Nobody is going to put the effort into trying to replace the rental.
The young man digs into his pocket and grabs a flat-head screwdriver and immediately got to work on the door. He wedges it into the keyhole, making a popping sound, as he finally turns the key, and gets in. However, the alarm goes off.
Of course this wasn't going to be easy...
Using the same method, the thief makes an attempt to disable the alarm by taking apart the steering column, and pulling out the fuse in order to shut the car up. Now he had to find the immobilizer. He grabs a flashlight that was in his pocket, and began looking. However, his progress was soon halted.
"Stop right there!"
The thief jumped a little, but this isn't the first time he's been caught, and it most certainly won't be the last time. He turns around to see an unarmed Chinese woman. He quietly slips a weapon from his pocket on his wrist. He isn't one to attack unarmed people, especially women, but usually once he waves his weapon around, they leave him alone. Of course, there's the issue of having witnesses, but of course, that's why he maintains a low profile and avoids hanging around the police.
"So, this is your car, huh?" He asks Li-Mei.
"Yes, and I would appreciate it if you would stop, and turn yourself in! I'm placing you under arrest for attempted GTA."
"Whoah, whoah, whoah, no need to get drastic here!"
Li-Mei had her cuffs ready as the perp flailed his arms in defense. "Look, it's a huge misunderstanding. I thought this was my car, I swear! Do you know how many people drive white Hondas?"
"You have the right to remain silent! Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney, and to have an attorney present during any questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be provided for you at government expense."
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, you got me."
Li-Mei was just about to cuff the man, but he swung around with a roundhouse that caused the Chinese woman to stagger. The perp then revealed his switchblade, pointing it at the woman.
"Listen, woman! I don't want any trouble! Now, here's the deal! Forget this happened, and you will never see me again. Otherwise, I'm going to have to carve my initials into your face."
Li-Mei was unfazed. Though he had threatened to cut her up, somehow this threat doesn't seem real. She regained her composure. She didn't have a gun, but she had to take this crook in one way or another. If she let him go, he's going to go steal someone else's car. As a cop she couldn't turn a blind eye to that.
"So what's it going to be?" As he said this, he slowly backed away.
Li-Mei continued to follow him, as he slowly backed away, trying to find an escape.
"I'm going to turn you in, add resisting arrest to your list of charges."
The thief finally found an opening, as he threw his weapon at Li-Mei, forcing her to quickly dodge the weapon with her reflexes, to the thief's relief. While Li-Mei was occupied, the thief took off, and rolled a trashcan her way, as she quickly dodges it, turning into a pursuit. Li-Mei kept chasing the thief, able to catch up to his maneuvers. He was impressed that this woman was able to keep up with him. Eventually, he had to lose her, and by doing so, he jumps in his car, and takes off driving. Li-Mei was left behind as the man took off without her. She sighed as her tummy growled again.
"I'm going to have to look for him first thing, tomorrow. In the meantime, I should go eat, and file some paperwork."

"I'd like two espressos and a croissant please..." Said a woman in a bakery in downtown Tokyo. She was outside, sitting in a metal chair by a small metal table. She had a flat, non accent. Her voice sounded as if she were from everywhere and nowhere. A talent she learned from her mother, no doubt. Her hair was brown, highlighted to give it a sunkissed appearance. Her skin was pale, and her body was toned and lean. She appeared much older than her young age of eighteen due to the way she dressed. She wore a black dress that hugged her figure, with a fur coat draped over. Her nails were painted red. She looked at them through her sunglasses.
"Victoria..." A male voice called her name. She turned to look up at him. "Hello, Martin..." She said.
The young man wore a leather jacket, a white t shirt, and black slim fit jeans with black boots. His medium length dark blond hair was pulled back messily. Victoria took off her sunglasses, looking at him with her pale blue eyes.
"Have you met up with them...?" Martin asked her. Victoria grinned, "You are most definitely new at this..." She said with a smile. She handed him a file. "Here is everything on your target..." She tilted her head, "But I have got to ask.... Why her...?" She leaned forward, "Of all of the people you chose as your first target, you choose her...? Everyone will try to stop you..." She said, tauntingly.
Martin took the folder. "She is not my grandmother. She's not important to me." He said, monotonously. He pulled a pack of cigarettes out, and lit one. Victoria fanned the smoke from her. "My goodness, that will age you at such a rapid rate..." Her comment didn't phase the young assassin.
"I only ask because it seems like you're making your transition into this life more difficult than it should be." She said. "Let someone else do this, I have over twenty contracts sitting in my loft right now..." She didn't really care about Marcella, but she knew how her family was. Despite being murderers, they get oh so distraught when one of their own is taken. She thought that was insanity.
"The money is good. I wanna get out of here..." He said, before taking a drag from his cigarette.
She sighed, "Fine... Fine. I won't get in your way." She pursed her lips. "Your mother won't be too happy with you... Or your little Auntie and Uncle...." She said. Martin looked at Victoria, and cracked a smile. "They'll deal. She was a murderess, Marcella was."
Victoria could only smile. "Wow... The first sane comment anyone in this family has ever said!" The waiter finally brought her the espressos and the pastry. "Thankyou, sir..." She handed him a tip, and picked up her cup. She turned to Martin, "My treat!" He picked up the cup, and they clinked the glasses together, toasting their first official contract.
