Aiko Sato was born in a rural part of Japan, in a family of spirit workers that originated in China. While not considered an exorcist, her family was always closely associated with the Archers of Sirius. In times of a Human Soul being malignant, the Sato family would be brought to help the soul move on in a peaceful manner. This arrangement was what introduced Aiko to the Archer names Orazio. The two had known eachother for years before getting into a relationship. Aiko decided to stay in Italy with her husband, until his death at the hands of a demon.
Claudio entrusted Aiko's son with a staff that Giorgia used. This staff had the ability to multiply energy. He feared this staff, and sent it with young Matsuo.
After, Aiko brought her son to Japan, to the sacred lands of her family. She turned it into a farm, as a way of income, still utilizing the land's power. She would raise her son, helping lost souls. She eventually took in Sylvia, a psychic, and Daniel, the child of an Archer.
She believed Daniel's Archer blood brought him to her land, and as such, she would peer into his mind to be open to the supernatural.
