Christopher Williams is, technically, the youngest child of the Williams family. 4 years younger than Nina, 2 years younger than Anna, and 3 minutes younger than his fraternal twin sister, Lillian. He grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth, adored by his parents and his eldest sister. He always enjoyed play fighting with Nina, even picking up some techniques of hers throughout the years. When Johanna started the business, Williams Weapons and Armory, she took her youngest two under her wing to have them run the business whenever she decided to retire. Christopher never really had a work type passion in his life, and he knew weapons well, so the young man went with it.
At the age of seventeen, Christopher met and fell in love with an assassin named Natalia Young. It was a slow burning love that took a year for the woman to even agree to a date with Chris. Natalia discovered she was pregnant, and the two married two years after that. She retired from the assassin life, and the two lived together while Chris took on more responsibility at the company. They welcomed a baby girl that they named Elysium Marilyn Williams. They lived a happy life, until Elysium turned seven. One of Natalie’s targets’ had a loose end, and while out she was killed for taking their life. Chris was devastated. After this event, Chris turned to his twin sister, Lillian, for solace, and the two became closer than ever.
During his time of grief, His sisters Nina and Anna finally resurfaced after being gone for nineteen years. They looked as they did when they disappeared. Anna told him they went under the cold sleep experiment, and that Nina lost all of her memories as a result of it. He was frustrated with Anna, but he tried to help his amnesiac sister until she disappeared into the night after one last altercation with Anna. A few months after that, Anna returned to Japan. He wouldn't see her for two years...

Three years later, Japan was in devastation. Johanna decided it was time to expand. She decided it would be best to build an armory outpost in Tokyo, a safe house of sorts, headed by Chris and his daughter. She would also send Lillian there temporarily to assist them. Chris was also contacted by Anna. She told him she wanted to find out what exactly happened to their father all those years ago. Resistant at first, his twin’s curiosity convinced him, and the two agreed to help Anna…
Chris is first and foremost a father. He loves his daughter, Elysium more than he will ever love anything. While remembering and honoring his first wife, Natalia, he loves Marcella unconditionally and will do anything for her. He's tremendously close with his mother and his twin sister. With Williams Weapons and Armory, he's a strict professional. He uses his Williams name to strike fear int he employees to get things done. However, in his every day life, he's a tremendously goody guy. He loves to joke and play fight with his twin, and drink alcohol. Catch him with a glass of Hennessy in a dance club. It'd be the funniest thing you'd ever see. He's also a Pudding fanatic, and will cut you if you try to eat his chocolate pudding.
