Lillian is, technically, the third child of Richard and Johanna Williams. Her eldest sister and fraternal twin brother wanted to be assassins like their father. However, Lillian and Anna never desired this life for themselves. The difference between Anna and Lillian was that Lillian knew her parents loved her, and never needed to prove herself to them in such a manner as her older sister tried so hard to do. Therefore, Lillian was always the peacemaker between Nina and Anna. She tried to help Anna see Richard loved her just as much as Nina, but her efforts were in vain. Nina and Anna's rivalry blew into violent proportions. Lillian saw no other option but to keep herself out of it.
After their father died, Lillian sought to live a peaceful life. However, when her young niece came to her battered and bruised, Lillian knew peace could not solve this problem. She ensured that the boy disappeared and would never be found again. When her mother announced expansion into Tokyo, and decided to have Elysium head it, Lillian offered to go with her to oversee and assist.
Chris and Lillian weren't exactly close as children, but became close when they became adults. She doesn't try to contact Nina or Anna often. However, when Anna wanted to find their father's killer, Lillian decided it best that they all work together.
Lillian is the calmer of the four Williams siblings. She usually tends to ask the questions first before punching. She loves to party with her brother after long days and nights in the office.
