Tokyo Station, Chiyoda-ku. One of the busiest train stations in Japan, Cassandra had no trouble blending in with the rest of the tourists on the platform.
Of course, it wasn't Cassandra's first time in Japan; she vaguely recognised the train station from her last visit. Back when she was a foolhardy girl lusting for revenge, entering the King of Iron Fist Tournament believing that she could actually overthrow the Mishima Zaibatsu-- a whole military organisation. Inevitably, without any aid, Cassandra was quick to fail. Not even a former soldier could defeat the Mishimas on their own.
But the French resident was still as reckless as she was three years ago. She returned to Japan with the same intention-- to avenge her murdered cousin. Whilst she considered herself stronger-- and perhaps a little more sensible-- she was still without a solid plan. Cassandra stood blankly in front of a map of Tokyo, frowning a little at the copious amount of written Japanese. Even if she could read what it said, the former soldier had no idea how she would go about finding the Mishima Zaibatsu's current leader. Where would she even start?
No doubt, Cassandra was lost-- both physically and mentally. Shaking her head, she decided that it was best to book a hotel first, so she had time to formulate an actual plan. After all, she had very little money; working as one of many florists in central Paris didn't make her much of a breadwinner.
She headed outside the train station, loitering near the entrance for a taxi. Occasionally, Cassandra would peer around the corner, waving her hand out and hoping one driver would stop for her. Alas, with no avail. The former soldier expelled a sigh. It seems like she would be stuck there for a while.

For some reason, it was a top secret mission, and Heihachi only wanted the best of the best soldiers to go, so he sent Eric and a few of his comrades out to China. Was the mission a success? No one will ever really know. Yawning, Eric walked through the station wearing a soft, white button up color shirt, a black tie along with black dress pants and business shoes. He was desperately tired, and ready to go home, but as he walked outside towards his car he noticed a young woman, apparently she seemed lost. As cold as it was out here, no one deserved to be left alone at a bus station. Turning on his heels, Eric walked back over to the woman, presenting a calm, delicate smile, not wanting to approach her in the wrong manner. "It's too cold for a woman of your nature to stand out here by herself!" He stated, standing in front of her. "Please, allow me." Eric took off his jacket, and placed it around her shoulders, in an attempt to keep her warm "You can keep the jacket, I have plenty more a home." Looking around, he noticed that the buses were extremely slow, no wonder why it was so crowded here. He looked down at the woman's hand, she was clutching a map of Japan. "Ah! I see you're new here, My name is Eric Hasson pleasure to meet you, my lady." He extended his hand out for a gesture to shake her hand, normally, he would give hugs but he didn't want to push the envelope.

i1175.photobucket.com/albums/r629/SoulCaliburess/cassie%20avatar.png For the briefest moment, Cassandra glanced down at her phone, checking the time. Twenty minutes had already passed, and goosebumps were abundant over her exposed arms.
However, upon drawing her focus away from the screen, she was somewhat relieved to find a foreign man approach her. Perhaps the hopelessness was too evident in her expression, and felt guilty enough to help. Cassandra's suspicions were confirmed of course, when the stranger offered his jacket to cover her near-frozen limbs. Even insisting that she should keep it? Cassandra had never seen so much chivalry in a man.
"It's been a while since I've met a gentleman." The former soldier playfully commented, a hint of a French accent slipping into her native tongue. "Thank you, really."
Cassandra followed the male's glance down to the map she had grabbed on her way out, grinning a little at his charismatic introduction. "Likewise, Eric. I'm Cassandra, Cassandra Couillard." A lithe palm was outstretched in return, shaking on the stranger's hand. Returning her hand to her side, Cassandra adjusted the jacket upon her shoulders. "I've actually been to Japan before, but it's been a long time. And I can't say that my Japanese has improved much either..."
"I don't suppose you're familiar with Tokyo?" It would be a miracle if he was, and even more so if he could help her find Heihachi. Of course, Cassandra didn't want to expect too much of him-- it was already late into the evening. "Even if it's just a few directions to the nearest hotel, I'd honestly be grateful."

Soldiers tend to know one when they see one, it comes with years being in the military. Eric overheard Cassandra speak, and it sparked his immediate interests, her voice was covered in a French accent, like music to his ears. "Well, I'm glad I could be of service. I was always raised to be a gentleman." Eric spoke to Cassandra, he would check on her every now and again just to make sure she was okay. When he heard her name, a smile crept upon his face, "Cassandra. Such a beautiful name for a beyond beautiful woman!" Hearing her say that she'd been to Japan before and it hasn't changed much, it caused Eric to place his hands in his pockets and nod in agreement. What she said was true, with the recent wars, it's sad to say that Japan isn't the exotic place it used to be. But, with Eric being here, that'll definitely change soon. Cassandra asked was he familiar with Tokyo, the question resulted in a slight chuckle from the man, "Familiar? My love, I live here, hehe. I know Japan through and through. I moved here before the wars started, it was such a beautiful place back then." She wanted to go to the nearest hotel, but with the traffic and the nearest hotel being a ways out from the station, it would be a while before they would even find one. "With traffic, it'll be a while before we find you a hotel, How about I offer to buy you something warm? Tea? Coffee perhaps?"

i1175.photobucket.com/albums/r629/SoulCaliburess/cassie%20avatar.png i1175.photobucket.com/albums/r629/SoulCaliburess/cassie%20avatar.png Somehow, Cassandra had a feeling that Eric wasn't simply a stranger seeking flirtatious banter. Despite abandoning her military life, the former soldier couldn't help but notice his analysing gaze, eyes drifting subtly over her figure. Of course, Cassandra was well-acquainted with sleazy males ogling at her body, and Eric certainly wasn't asking for any prices. Nonetheless, the French resident decided not to pay much heed-- kind men still existed, despite being rare.
"Are you always this sweet to women?" Her peach lips formed a lopsided grin, and she almost felt obliged to compliment him back. "I'm sure I'm not as nearly as beautiful as the girls that probably fawn over you."
The wistful tone in his voice brought about a sense of regret in her own. "I've only ever seen Japan in blood and rubble. Seeing most of it being restored now... I can't recognise it." At this point, Cassandra scanned her surroundings: the fully erect buildings, the flashes of orange construction cones and worker vests. The country was in repair, but it felt much different walking the grounds as a civilian as opposed to a soldier.
Her focus returned on the gentleman who offered her a warm beverage; given the dire circumstances, Cassandra was more than willing to accept his generosity. It was freezing, and she could do with a hot drink to restore the sensation in her numb limbs. "I wouldn't mind a coffee at all, providing a gorgeous man accompanies me there." A smirk followed her flirty comment. Despite coming to Japan for entirely different reasons, who's to say that she couldn't have a little fun along the way? After all, it would be a long time before she even had an inkling of an idea where the Mishimas would be.

Looking back at his past relationships, some of his encounters would say yes, a few would hate his guts, life as a soldier changed his perspective on women. He's been through too many heartbreaks, and guilt trips, so much so that he's been single for so long that he himself forgot how wonderful he could be around women. "As long as I'm only this sweet to you. Hehe." Eric caught her flirtatious demeanor, it was to be expected. Most women flirt with him just because of his looks, but don't care to bother to take a glimpse at the person behind the armor. Eric couldn't contain his smile when Cassandra accepted his offer to take her out for something warm, for extra warmth, he wrapped his shoulder around her, and pulled her closer to him. His brown eyes caught a glimpse of the sky above him, it was cloudy, and there was a brutal wind that accompanied it. Although he was freezing being the gentleman he was, Eric didn't mind it at all. But his main concern now was getting out of this weather before it starts to snow! "C'mon, let's get you out of this weather before we both turn into icicles out here, hehe. I know the best place for us to go, it's not far either!" From there, Eric led Cassandra to his red sports car, still holding her close to keep her warm, once the car was unlocked, he opened the door to let her in, "Ladies first, my love." Eric was a man that still practiced chivalry, even though it makes a rare appearance from a lot of men these days.

When he placed an arm around her shoulder, the former soldier could only grin shyly, not scolding him for crossing the boundaries as she did with the old drunkards back in Paris.
Maybe she just felt safe around him, despite only meeting for the first time a few minutes prior. He gave off a heroic aura, as though he yearned to protect every beautiful damsel he laid his eyes upon. Of course, it was probably all the chivalry the stranger exuded that let to that impression.
Glancing at the flimsy fabric of Eric's shirt, Cassandra only felt guilty for wearing his jacket and leaving him out in the open. She only wished she suggested heading to a warm place sooner. "Ah yes-- you're right, let's hurry..!"
The French resident followed the amiable stranger towards his flashy car, not assuming anything less from such a handsome man. What did Cassandra do to deserve this blessing?
"Merci~" Cassandra mused when the door was held open for her; at this point, it was to be expected, given how polite the gentleman was. Sliding into the passenger seat, the former soldier was quick to fasten her seatbelt, sinking into the leather with a soft sigh; the car's interior was much warmer than the bitter cold outside. Cassandra took the time to inspect the vehicle. Given how nice the car was-- and how easily he insisted on her keeping his jacket-- she could only assume that the male was well-off.
She greeted him with a smile when he got inside, his jacket still draping her shoulders in spite of the new source of warmth. "I hope you didn't have any other plans this evening-- I don't want to be a bother at all."

His attention was completely captivated by Cassandra, her remark of her not wanting to be a bother made Eric wave off such a gesture. "No love, you are most definitely not a bother to me." His voice was stern, yet sincere, he meant every word that came out of his mouth, his deep brown eyes looked into her precious green ones, Eric wasn't a fan of the if it's a bother card. "It's the least I could do for you, I just decided that I would help someone in need." He flashed a smile at Cassandra before heading on the road. The car ride was full of laughter and great conversation, like they knew each other for years yet only met a few moments ago. It's been a while since Eric opened up to someone, let alone a woman. He's been through the wringer so many times, he's surprised that he held up this long. Maybe..just maybe, Cassandra was different than the other women he's been with? Maybe he was moving too fast? To be honest, Eric really didn't know the answer, the only thing he knew is he was just along for the ride. "This cafe' that I'm taking you to in Tokyo, is amazing! And, you get a wonderful view of the city, it's beautiful here in the winter time, if you can handle the brutal temperatures!" (Onward to Tokyo! I'll make the thread! XD)
